I recently had a client from Texas. The client was looking for her ex-husband who had not returned her children after she allowed him to take the children for a short visit. The client has full custody of the children and has all decision authority.

The client was sure that the ex-husband and her children would be at his brother’s house in Phoenix. I went to the brothers residence determined that the ex-husband and her children were not there.
